Merko Ehitus is one of the leading residential construction companies in the Baltic states. The group comprises construction and property development companies providing complete construction solutions in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, among which the group’s largest construction sector companies are AS Merko Ehitus Eesti (100%), SIA Merks (100%), UAB Merko Statyba (100%) and starting from 2016 also Norwegian construction company Peritus Entreprenør AS (56%). As at the end of 2019, the group employed 694 people and the 2019 revenue amounted to EUR 327 million. The shares of Merko have been listed on the NASDAQ Tallinn since 1997. We focus on prime contracting and project management.
