We are constantly developing to serve our customers’ desires and the needs of the market. We are just the right size to enable flexible production while ensuring high-quality products. Our future plans are linked to Otepää as an emerging sports and tourist area. We aim to offer tourists fresh and unique local meat products. The company’s store and guesthouse is located in the centre of Otepää where customers can find the best selection of our products. Our industry produces an average of 2 tons of meat products per day. Thanks to a company-owned abattoir, we can offer high-quality chilled meat products. Otepää Lihatööstus Edgar belongs to the Association of Estonian Meat Processers and uses the AUS KAUP certification mark on its products to indicate that said products do not contain mechanically separated meat. The Estonian Veterinary and Food Board acknowledged Otepää Lihatööstus Edgar OÜ in 2003.
