Incorporating fifteen years of renewable energy experience, Enefit Green was established in 2016 to unite all of the group's renewable energy production units into a single company. In addition to production units in Estonia, Enefit Green has a subsidiary in Latvia ‒ SIA Enefit Power and Heat Valka ‒ which produces electricity and heat in the town of Valka. Our production portfolio is the most diverse of its kind in the Baltic region. We produce electricity and heat from wind, water, solar energy and biomass, as well as municipal waste burned in the Iru waste-to-energy power unit that would otherwise be delivered to landfills.
