The Group invests internationally in the life-support areas. Our mission is to deliver best of the breed value for potential investors in the respective life-support areas. As the executive organ of the Group, the Rikas Investment Group Management Board is committed to serving the interests of the entire company and achieving a sustained increase in corporate value. The most important tasks of the Management Board are: corporate policy, business strategy, innovation, finance, sustainability. Sustainability refers to how the Group remains diverse and productive. The Management Board also ensures that the Investors and other stakeholders to whom it may concern receive regular, timely and comprehensive information on all matters relating to the Group's planning, business development and risk management. Members of the Management Board are appointed based on a termless appointment, and are not eligible for reappointment.
